Clearer contracts
Keep leased devices, contract dates, included page counts and billing terms together for every customer.
From rental contracts and meter billing to repairs and toner replacements. We’re building one connected workspace for the everyday work of printer service businesses.

Keep leased devices, contract dates, included page counts and billing terms together for every customer.
Record monthly meter readings and overages, then prepare billing details based on each agreement.
Document symptoms, repairs and replacement parts so the next visit starts with the full device history.
Connect toner and parts history with stock and upcoming jobs to know what to bring before each visit.

Tonervio is a small team of five developing software for printer rental and repair businesses. The project began with our founder’s father’s business and the everyday work behind it: checking contracts, responding to customers, recording repairs and preparing bills.
Our first product is a management SaaS for small printer service businesses. It is in early development, with practical workflows guiding what we build first.
Tonervio is in early development and is not publicly available yet. The workspace shown here is an illustrative product concept. Email us if you’d like to share your needs or discuss early use.
We are designing for small businesses that rent and service printers and multifunction devices, starting with customer contracts, equipment records and service history currently managed in spreadsheets or notes.
We are exploring assistance for organizing repair notes and finding information in device histories. Billing amounts and important service decisions will remain subject to human review.
The repetitive tasks. The missing tools. That’s where a better product starts.
